TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions as follows:CONDUCT:
‣ Please communicate in a clear and cordial manner, I will not tolerate any disrespect towards me or my colleagues. Violations of the terms will get your commission cancelled and a only small portion of your payment will be refunded.‣ I have the right to decline any commission request if it doesn't align with what I draw.Things I will draw:
>OCs
>Waifus and Husbandos
>FFXIV, DnD, Gaiaonline, etc.
>MLP OCs
>Furry can be requested but I'm still learning 🫣
>Ships and Couple stuff (extra character add-on required)
>Blood
>Props, weapons, and pets (add-on required)
>NSFW (NSFW add-on required)Things I will NOT draw:
>Mecha
>Excessive Gore (ie. guts, puke, etc.)
>Heavy Details (it will be simplified. I'm looking at you, Genshin-enjoyers)
>Offensive Imagery
>Sussy NSFW (PDphilia, BSTiality, Guro, etc.)
>Other artists' styles.

PROCESS:
‣ All relevant reference material should be provided before any work begins. (The more visuals the better!)‣ During the art process, I will send you watermarked WIPs of each phase as specified on the commission option (ie. rough, sketch, color, etc.) Please either approve of them or let me know of any revisions.‣ I only allow 2 major revisions during the rough/sketch phase (changes to angle, pose, expression, hairstyle, clothing, limb changes, etc.). Up to 3 minor revisions can be used throughout the rest of the process (changes to eyebrows, mouths, small accessories, a finger etc.)‣ Please try to use all revisions during the rough/sketch phase so we can solidify the art before committing to it!‣ To save on time, once a phase is approved, it is cemented and can't be changed except for very minute details later on.USAGE:
‣ I retain the rights to the artwork and may use it for commercial and promotional purposes. Please feel free to contact me about the current wait-time on commissions.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
‣ If I can't begin your commission, you will be given a full refund.‣ If you cancel, you will receive partial refunds depending on how much work has been done already.
